Junior Online Marketeer
Full time - 40 hours per week

The job:
As an Junior Online Marketeer you are developing, managing and executing online marketing campaigns and tactics across all E-Commerce websites to increase relevant traffic, while focusing on creating a profitable return on investment.

Key accountabilities:
Sets up and optimizes campaigns on all paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and marketplaces like Zalando), such that:

• Accounts are continuously analyzed and optimized to generate the highest possible revenue and overall contribution to our e-commerce targets;
• Day-to-day processes are as automated as possible and are supported by the right tooling;
• Content is provided and reflects brand guidelines (in coordination with Marketing);
• Product feeds for all online channels are created and continuously being optimized (making use of Channable and AdFlow for feed optimalisations);
• All relevant internal stakeholders are informed about campaign plans and results;
• The latest technologies are tested and adopted;
• Images or campaign banners are created according to templates (in coordination with Marketing & the creative studio);
• All activity undertaken reflects brand guidelines and is in line with the commercial calendar and other channels (CRM, website, etc);
• Collaboratively working with the CRM Marketeer to enhance and expand our CRM database, using lead generation campaigns;

• Genuine processes, such as reporting, are highly automated;
• New opportunities are pro-actively being initiated.

Who you are:

• Passion for technology, fashion and sports;
• Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce or Marketing;
• 1-3 years' experience in online marketing;
• Experience with SEA and social media;
• Proficient with Excel, Google Analytics and managing large datasets;
• Well-organized, with excellent attention to detail;
• Strong English skills (in writing and speaking);
• German, Dutch or French is a plus;
• Work experience in an international environment is a plus;
• Experience with product feed management tools (e.g. Channable) is a plus;
