What are we looking for:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team for a special project. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our engineering and supply chain teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain and build relationships with customers and supply sites in assigned geographic areas
• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, receiving, analyzing, and processing forecasts and orders
• Manage inventory and deliveries, and support new product introductions.
• Ensure consistent supply to end customers and develop processes to secure this supply.
• Proactively resolve supply issues through effective coordination and communication in close
  cooperation with planning teams, manufacturing sites, and customers.
• Mitigate future supply issues by thorough root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures.
• Comply with all MSD, MMD, and local regulations, guidelines, and procedures.

• Communicative, organized and flexible
• A problem solver and great in stakeholdermanagement
• Skilled in analyzing forecasts and managing orders and inventory

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• A bachelor in logistics or supply chain
• The ability to communicate in English and Dutch
• Experience different ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Worked with Power BI and Excel

• A fulltime contract until the 31st of December 2025
• Competitive salary between € 4000,00 and € 5500,00 based on knowledge and experience
• A hybrid position (60% from the office and 40% from home)
