What are you going to do?

As Project Manager Design & Build, you are the point of contact for the client, the subcontractors and the internal organization from the start to delivery of a project. You draw up budgets and project schedules, monitor progress and monitor the budget. In addition, you are responsible for the purchase of materials and subcontractors and organize project meetings.

Who would we like to talk to?

For this position, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a commercial and flexible attitude. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following criteria:

• You have completed at least a higher professional education in Architecture (or similar level of work and thinking);
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar position;
• You have knowledge of MS365 (including Project and Excel programs) and can work with Autocad.
• You have a result-oriented and proactive attitude;
• You have persuasion and are resistant to stress;
• You have a driver's license.
