We are Induct, part of the Vink Groep and specialized in climate control and contamination control for industrial companies. In 2001 we started as a specialist in clean air, pressure hierarchy and air distribution for cleanrooms and laboratories, however over the years we have expanded our business to turn-key delivery of all types of clean rooms, complete with utilities and process piping.

Our focus is on manufacturing companies at home and abroad where the importance of a controlled environment for the quality of products or health of people is essential. For these companies, continuity of production is the common thread, and implementing changes or upgrades should obviously disrupt the production process as little as possible.

Due to increasing demand from our clients, we are looking for project leader / project manager.

Are you an expert at managing complex multidisciplinary projects?
Our clients often approach us with "their" problem. This is where the preliminary process begins, where your adventure then already starts, together with one of our sales engineers and designers, to create a fitting design for our customer. Our consultant will usually come up with the first draft on site after which it will be developed into a concept, this will be translated into a project plan provided with time and budget. You are involved all the time so that you are well informed about the technical content in order to direct properly during execution.

We ask

• HBO level of thinking and work.
• Mechanical and/or installation engineering education.
• Possibly additional courses such as TVVL air treatment.
• Command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing, knowledge of the French language is a plus.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Problem solving ability.
• Being able and daring to make decisions.
